Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Senior Account Associate for Commercial Lines to support the account team, producers, and clients. You will handle renewals, endorsements, proposals, and policy administration while maintaining high service standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of insurance client service experience, an active license (CISR preferred), and strong MS Office skills. Remote work is available with on-site needs in certain regions and near Longwood, FL.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Active insurance licensing required; CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Direct and support day-to-day activities of Team Support/Receptionist and Account Assistant.
• Track policy expirations and renewals for existing clients.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, and billing issues.
• Support new/renewal business: gather underwriting information and prepare proposals.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
• Monitor accounts receivable and assist with delinquent balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the account team.
