You will help ensure accurate policy processing, renewals, endorsements, and client communications.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in insurance customer service, active licensing (CISR preferred), and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; CISR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of team support and account staff.
• Track policy expirations and ensure timely renewals.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, and related documents.
• Support new and renewal business: submissions, coverages, pricing, and binding.
• Review contracts for proper coverages and manage receivables.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier platforms.
