• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; CISR designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of the account support team.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are timely.
• Process endorsements, invoices, binders, and docs.
• Support new and renewal business with submissions and proposals.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections.
• Maintain agency systems and data accuracy.
