Job summary

Quanta Power Solutions seeks a Senior Instrumentation Engineer to lead instrumentation, controls, and automation for power generation, renewables, and BESS projects. You will guide engineering from concept through commissioning, mentoring teams and delivering robust control solutions.

The role requires extensive PLC/DCS/SCADA expertise, SIS experience, and a track record of delivering complex EPC projects on time and within budget. PE license and ISA CAP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Control Systems engineering.
• Minimum 10+ years in instrumentation and controls engineering.
• Extensive EPC project experience across power, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
• PE license preferred; ISA CAP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead instrumentation engineering from conceptual design through commissioning and startup.
• Develop and review instrument indexes, I/O lists, datasheets, P&IDs, and control narratives.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and process teams; mentor junior engineers.
• Support FAT/SAT, commissioning, and start-up activities; ensure safety and quality.
