Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Sr Instrumentation and Controls Engineer for projects across the United States. You will design, specify, and document control systems for industrial and commercial facilities, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to meet client expectations.

You will also provide on-site support during startup, lead project teams, and mentor junior staff while advancing your technical proficiency in mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering/technical field.
• Minimum 6 years of instrumentation and control experience.
• Experience with mission-critical control systems (BMS/SCADA/DCS).

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize control systems for processes across facilities.
• Develop P&IDs, size valves, specify instrumentation and document design information.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and designers to deliver world-class solutions.
• Provide on-site startup support and mentor junior staff.
