You will partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to conduct needs assessments, create design documents, establish training plans, and measure learning impact. The role covers eLearning, ILT, blended learning, job aids, and performance support, with mentoring responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in instructional development, adult learning theory, and/or technical writing

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions across multiple modalities (eLearning, ILT, blended learning, job aids, performance support).
• Measure learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee translation efforts and align with ADP learning standards.
• Mentor other Learning professionals to elevate team capabilities and drive adoption of standards.
