Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in instructional development or related roles.
• Experience with adult learning principles and content development.
• Familiarity with multiple modalities: eLearning, ILT, blended learning.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative learning solutions across modalities.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to determine needs and outcomes.
• Measure learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor other instructional designers to elevate team capability.
