Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sr. Instructional Designer to apply instructional design expertise, adult learning theory, and content development to create innovative learning solutions for ADP associates and clients.

You will design across modalities, collaborate with SMEs and leaders, manage multiple projects, oversee translation efforts, and mentor fellow designers to elevate learning design standards.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in instructional design, adult learning theory, and/or technical writing.
• Experience designing learning solutions across multiple modalities (eLearning, ILT, blended, job aids).
• Strong collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders to develop learning solutions.
• Experience measuring learning effectiveness and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions across multiple modalities including eLearning, ILT, blended formats.
• Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop learning solutions and translation efforts.
