Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in instructional development, adult learning theory, and/or technical writing.
• Experience designing learning solutions across multiple modalities including eLearning, ILT, blended learning, job aids and performance support.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions across multiple modalities (eLearning, ILT, blended, job aids).
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to conduct needs assessments and develop design documents.
• Translate content and oversee translation efforts while ensuring high quality standards.
• Measure learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement using data.
• Mentor other Learning Designers and promote best practices.
