Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sr. Instructional Designer to create innovative learning solutions across eLearning, ILT, blended formats, and performance support. You will partner with SMEs and leaders to assess needs and develop engaging content aligned to business goals.

You will mentor peers, apply adult learning theory, and measure outcomes to drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices in learning design.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in instructional development, adult learning theory, and/or technical writing.
• Experience designing learning solutions across multiple modalities: eLearning, ILT, blended learning, job aids, and performance support.
• Advanced experience with Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, TechSmith Camtasia, SnagIt, Audacity and Vyond.
• Experience conducting needs assessments and partnering with SMEs and stakeholders to develop learning solutions.
• Experience measuring learning effectiveness and using data to drive continuous improvement.
• Experience with Learning Management System (Litmos).

Responsibilities

• Apply innovative design thinking to learning projects and keep ADP’s approach up to date.
• Design holistic, flexible solutions engaging team members and business partners.
• Develop learning solutions across modalities and ensure reusable, scalable content.
• Oversee translation efforts and ensure alignment with design standards.
• Mentor other Instructional Designers to elevate team capability and drive adoption.
