ADP is seeking a Sr. Instructional Designer to design and develop innovative learning solutions across eLearning, ILT, and blended formats. You will partner with subject matter experts, business leaders, and stakeholders to meet diverse learner needs and drive performance through outcomes.

You will apply adult learning theory and content development expertise, mentor others, and embrace agile design methods to keep ADP learning standards current and impactful for associates and clients.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of instructional design and development experience.
• Experience with adult learning theory and technical writing.
• Experience leading projects and collaborating with SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Design learning solutions across multiple modalities, including eLearning, ILT, blended formats.
• Create design documents and training plans.
• Oversee translation efforts and measure learning effectiveness.
• Mentor other learning professionals and promote best practices.
