Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sr. Instructional Designer to craft innovative learning experiences that drive business results.

You will apply instructional design, adult learning theory, and content development to create engaging solutions for associates and clients, using agile methods and ADP standards. You will collaborate with SMEs, leaders, and stakeholders to assess needs, design plans, and deploy learning content across eLearning, ILT, and blended formats.

Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in instructional development and related fields.
Experience designing learning solutions across multiple modalities (eLearning, ILT, blended).
Experience measuring learning effectiveness and using data for improvement.
Experience with AI tools in learning design.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Design and develop learning solutions across eLearning, ILT, blended formats.
Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to conduct needs assessments and design plans.
Oversee translation efforts and measure learning outcomes for business impact.
Mentor other instructional designers to raise team capability and standards.
