Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to create innovative learning solutions that drive business results.

You will apply instructional design expertise, adult learning theory, and content development to develop engaging experiences for ADP associates and clients. Responsibilities include needs assessments across business lines, design documentation, training plans, translation management, and measurement of learning effectiveness.

Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in instructional design/ development.
Experience with adult learning theory and technical writing.
Experience designing learning across multiple modalities (eLearning, ILT, blended, job aids).
Experience using Litmos or similar LMS.
Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Familiarity with AI tools in learning design.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Design and develop learning solutions across modalities (eLearning, ILT, blended, job aids, performance support).
Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to conduct needs assessments and develop design documents.
Measure learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement with data.
Oversee roll-out of instructor-led solutions and ensure alignment with design.
Mentor other instructional designers to elevate team capabilities.
