U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager to manage and grow a large, complex commercial loan portfolio. You will prospect for and close new business, while retaining and expanding existing client relationships across the One U.S. Bank platform.

The role emphasizes selling bank products, providing financial advice, and maintaining portfolio credit quality; licensing (SIE, Series 79, Series 63) must be obtained within 180 days of start.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance, accounting or other related field OR equivalent experience.
• 10 or more years of commercial lending experience.
• Three or more years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a large, complex portfolio of commercial loans.
• Prospect for and close new business relationships; retain and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Sell appropriate bank products and services to prospects and clients; provide financial advice to customers.
• Approve loans within assigned limits; manage portfolio credit quality.
