Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a seasoned Business Banking Relationship Manager to drive outside business development, build a portfolio, and deepen client relationships.

Youll advise on lending, treasury, deposit, and card solutions while collaborating with partners across lines to deliver comprehensive financial strategies. Expect a rigorous, growth-focused role with a strong emphasis on prospecting, credit assessment, and meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five to seven years of relevant experience.
• Experience prospecting companies with annual revenues greater than $10 million.
• Proven ability to develop new business and grow a portfolio through consultative sales.

Responsibilities

• Spend 60-70% of time on outside business development, prospecting, self-sourcing opportunities and building a book of business.
• Develop, grow, and manage new and existing business client relationships.
• Build and maintain Centers of Influence networks to generate referrals and new business opportunities.
