Job summary

U.S. Bank in San Francisco is seeking a Relationship Manager to lead and grow a large, complex portfolio of commercial loans. You will prospect for new business, retain and expand relationships, and provide financial advice while aligning with One U.S. Bank.

The role requires strong leadership, proven management experience, and excellent communication and analytical skills. Primary location is on-site with three days per week in-office.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance, accounting or other related field OR equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of commercial lending experience.
• Three or more years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a large, complex portfolio of commercial loans.
• Prospect for and close new business relationships.
• Sell bank products and services to prospects and clients; make referrals within One U.S. Bank.
• Provide financial advice to customers and approve loans within assigned limits.
• Manage loans and portfolio credit quality.
