Busey Bank is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager II to manage and grow borrowing relationships, develop new business, and cross-sell a range of bank services. You will approve loans within authority, manage current portfolios, and present loans for committee review.

The role emphasizes maintaining loan quality, generating fee income, and proactive credit management in a dynamic market.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent required.
5+ years of banking, finance or sales experience preferred.
Six months or more credit analysis experience required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Mansioni

Develop new business and generate loans through referrals, calls and community involvement.
Analyze customers' financial data, structure and negotiate credit transactions; perform ongoing credit management.
Service existing relationships to maximize profitability.
Pursue loan repayments and contact borrowers with past due or overdrawn accounts.
Detect problem loans early and generate reports for weak/criticized loans.
Assist other lines of business with business development.
Serve as a resource to associates and act as a trainer/coach where needed.
