Job summary
FalconX is seeking a Senior Institutional Coverage professional to deepen relationships with large clients and identify opportunities across our product suite. You will drive adoption of derivatives trading and credit/lending solutions, coordinating across sales, trading, and operations to deliver value.
The role requires 3–5+ years in institutional finance, strong negotiation skills, and deep product fluency within FalconX’s ecosystem.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in institutional finance or markets
- Deep knowledge of derivatives, structured products, and/or lending; crypto familiarity helpful
- Remarkable negotiation and communication skills with sophisticated stakeholders
- Ability to administer large, complex client accounts with high attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset to drive coordination across sales and trading teams
- Familiarity with FalconX product ecosystem, especially trading and prime brokerage services
Responsibilities
- Portfolio optimization: deepen footprint within existing institutional client base
- Service integration: qualify opportunities to utilize FalconX services, focusing on derivatives trading and lending solutions
- Relationship orchestration: build lasting relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
- Strategic alignment: partner with leadership to align sales deliverables with business objectives
- Cross-functional collaboration: work with middle and back office for seamless service delivery
- Market presence: identify trends and generate ideas to stay ahead of clients
