Job summary

Binance is seeking a senior relationship lead to manage a portfolio of global institutional and VIP clients. You will engage C-suite executives, build trust-based partnerships, and drive cross-selling across the product suite.

In this role, you will design client service processes, oversee account health, and lead a team of client managers. Fluency in English and Mandarin and a passion for crypto/fintech are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of client relationship management experience in private banking, family offices, wealth management, crypto or fintech.
• 5+ years of team leadership experience, with coaching and developing junior talent.
• Background in both crypto and traditional financial institutions is a strong plus.
• Strong client management skills: building and maintaining high-value relationships.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; ability to collaborate with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior relationship owner for global institutional/VIP clients; engage C-suite and senior decision-makers.
• Build long-term partnerships and proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across the product suite.
• Deepen and expand strategic relationships through ongoing high-quality engagement.
• Design and optimize client service processes; oversee health and performance of key accounts.
• Lead analysis of client behavior and produce reports to drive solutions.
• Lead the client manager team; set standards, coach juniors, and build capability.
• Represent client voice internally to influence product strategy and business planning.
