Job summary

Gemini is seeking a Senior Associate in Institutional Sales to manage an independent pipeline of institutional clients, working with the team to cover existing accounts and shape product features based on client feedback.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, relationship-building with hedge funds, asset managers, and crypto-native institutions, and close collaboration with Trading and Product to enhance liquidity and execution.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years experience preferable crypto, institutional sales, OTC, trading, or execution.
• Proven ability to originate, close, and grow institutional business.
• Strong existing relationships across hedge funds, prop firms, asset managers, family offices, and crypto-native institutions.
• Demonstrated track record of driving trading volume and revenue.
• Strong understanding of OTC, spot, derivatives, liquidity, execution, and prediction markets.
• Ability to independently own and grow a book of institutional clients.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to identify new revenue opportunities.
• Partner closely with Trading and Product to improve execution, liquidity, and client experience.
• Identify and develop new revenue opportunities across OTC and adjacent products.

Responsibilities
