Job summary

FalconX is seeking a Trade Operations professional to manage settlement requests and act as a liaison between Trading Desk, Product, and Customer Success. You will ensure accurate trade, transfer, and inventory reconciliations across internal subsystems and external banks and custodians.

You will monitor daily settlement activity, support regulatory controls, and become the go-to expert on digital assets such as Bitcoin and Ethereum in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in a trading firm, hedge fund or Investment Bank.
• Experience within Derivatives, Spot, and/or Credit.
• Superb self-management skills - you love organizing your work with the help of checklists and measuring your progress.
• Previous experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Desire to become an expert on digital assets such as Bitcoin and Ethereum.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming counterparty settlement requests within a pre-agreed timeframe.
• Act as a point of contact for a portfolio of counterparties and track KPIs for trade operations.
• Collaborate with Trading Desk, Product, and Customer Success to meet client expectations.
• Ensure trades, transfers and inventory reconciliation across internal/ external systems.
• Monitor daily inventory needs for settlement, lending & borrowing activity and liaise with Treasury Management.
• Provide inputs to compliance and risk teams to design pragmatic controls.
• Adhere to established trade operations processes for regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with Accounting to ensure timely settlement data.
• Perform reconciliations between internal and external systems to ensure data integrity.
