Harnham is seeking a Sr. Manager, Insights & Analytics to lead reporting operations across a portfolio of client accounts. You will oversee dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports, turning data into actionable business recommendations and guiding strategy across campaigns.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, mentor junior analysts, and ensure high-quality analytics delivery. The role offers flexible remote work, leadership responsibilities, and growth within a high-performing

Competenze

• 5-7 years of experience in marketing analytics, media analytics, insights, reporting, or BI
• Experience mentoring analysts
• Experience building dashboards and recurring reporting for stakeholders
• Hands-on BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouse experience
• Experience with Funnel.io or similar ETL/data integration platforms
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Ability to communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholder groups
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with attribution, incrementality testing, media measurement, or MMM preferred
• Agency, media, advertising, or client-services experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
