Harnham is seeking a Senior Manager to lead analytics and insights across client accounts from a fully remote East Coast US position. You will own marketing analytics, build Tableau dashboards, and translate data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

You will mentor junior analysts, collaborate with media and technology teams, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of insights that optimize marketing spend across channels.

Formación

• 5+ years of marketing, media, or advertising analytics experience.
• Experience with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising and cross-channel data.
• Experience analyzing campaign performance and identifying actionable insights.
• Understanding of ETL, data ingestion, and combining multiple marketing data sources.
• Experience creating dashboards, automated reporting, and client presentations.
• Strong communication skills to present analytics to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to own multiple accounts, deadlines, and analytics projects simultaneously.
• Experience mentoring or managing junior analysts.
• Agency or client-services experience preferred.
• MMM, attribution, or incrementality experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own analytics and insights delivery across a portfolio of brands.
• Analyze cross-channel media and advertising data, develop Tableau dashboards, and present findings to clients.
• Bring together data from different marketing platforms and establish reporting logic.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects and ensure analytics work is delivered accurately and on time.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts while collaborating with media, account, and technology teams.
