North is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Analytics to lead design and delivery of automated data pipelines, data analytics methodologies, and the enterprise data architecture.

You will mentor a team across data engineering, BI, and analytics, partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Risk to drive KPI reporting and strategic improvements, and shape long-term data platform strategy.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, BI, or related domain.
• 4+ years of hands-on management with hiring and growing teams.
• Exceptional leadership in fast-moving environments.
• Proficient in SQL with ETL tools (Informatica IICS, Qlik Replicate).
• Experience with Snowflake, AWS, Qlik Replicate, Informatica IICS, and HubSpot.

• Lead design and delivery of automated data pipelines and analytics methodologies.
• Oversee data architecture and the enterprise data platform's evolution.
• Mentor and manage a team spanning data engineering, BI, and analytics.
