Job summary

Mediassociates is seeking a Senior Manager, Insights & Analytics to lead day-to-day reporting and analytics delivery for an assigned portfolio of client accounts. You will collaborate with Account, Planning, and Technology teams to surface actionable insights from data.

This role also mentors junior analytics staff, manages timelines, and coordinates with offshore partners to keep workstreams on track, ensuring high-quality dashboards and client reporting.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in marketing/media analytics, reporting, or insights
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards and recurring reporting
• Experience mentoring junior staff and leading teams

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting workstreams across assigned accounts, developing dashboards and recurring client reports
• Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities within reporting frameworks
• Translate data into actionable findings and recommendations for internal teams and clients
• Coordinate with offshore analytics partners to keep deliverables on schedule
