Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Senior Manager to lead analytics and reporting across multiple client accounts. This fully remote role focuses on building Tableau dashboards, analyzing cross-channel campaigns, and translating data into actionable insights for brands.

You will own analytics delivery, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate with clients to drive performance improvements while managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced agency environment on the East Coast.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, media, or advertising analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Experience with BigQuery or comparable cloud data warehouses.
• Strong experience analyzing advertising and campaign performance data.
• Understanding of data ingestion, ETL, and integrating multiple marketing data sources.
• Experience building dashboards, recurring reporting, and client-facing presentations.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day analytics delivery across multiple accounts, building dashboards and reporting.
• Analyze cross-channel advertising performance and translate data into insights and recommendations.
• Support data ingestion and reporting processes across marketing data sources.
• Manage analytics workstreams and deadlines, mentoring junior analysts.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to present findings and drive recommendations.
