Job summary

Harnham seeks a Sr. Manager of Insights & Analytics to lead analytics delivery across client portfolios. You will partner with Account, Planning, Technology and Analytics teams, translating data into insights and strategic recommendations while mentoring junior staff.

You will oversee dashboard development, recurring reports, and measurement improvements, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in marketing analytics or related field.
• Experience building dashboards and recurring reporting solutions.
• Experience with BigQuery or similar data warehouse.
• Experience with ETL/data integration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting workstreams across multiple client accounts.
• Identify trends and optimization opportunities within measurement frameworks.
• Translate datasets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Manage reporting timelines and coordinate deliverables.
• Support client meetings and present findings to stakeholders.
• Mentor Analysts and Analysts/Managers within analytics team.
• Review deliverables for accuracy and quality.
• Suggest improvements to reporting processes and templates.
• Support execution of measurement strategies across client engagements.
