Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Senior Manager, Media & Marketing Analytics to lead reporting and analytics for a portfolio of client accounts. This remote East Coast US role combines hands-on analytics, data visualization, and client engagement with team mentorship.

You will own day-to-day analytics workstreams, build dashboards, analyze campaign performance, and translate data into actionable client insights while coordinating with media, account, and technology teams to elevate analytics delivery.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in media, marketing, or advertising analytics.
Hands-on Tableau or similar BI tools.
Experience with BigQuery or cloud data warehouses.
Experience building dashboards and client-facing reports.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience mentoring or managing junior analysts.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day analytics workstreams.
Build and refine dashboards and reporting.
Analyze advertising and campaign performance.
Translate data into clear client insights and recommendations.
Manage timelines across multiple accounts.
