Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a related area of responsibility
• Technical certification or associate degree may be required in some areas
• 3+ years of inside sales experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Advanced knowledge of pricing strategies and margin governance
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills for complex issues
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence operational improvements
• Skilled in coaching and developing associates for performance and growth

Responsibilities

• Processes orders across multiple channels, ensuring accuracy and timely service
• Manages pricing within established guidelines to maintain margins
• Coordinates non-stock procurement and logistics to meet customer needs
• Handles payments securely across credit card, check, and cash
• Identifies stock products and recommends alternatives to support customers
• Oversees service commitments and follows up on escalated issues
• Maintains records and documentation for transactions and procurement
• Guides pricing strategies within established frameworks
• Mentors associates on best practices and processes
