Responsibilities

• Processes orders across multiple channels with accuracy and timely service.
• Manages basic pricing within guidelines to maintain margins.
• Coordinates non-stock procurement and logistics to meet needs.
• Handles payments securely (credit card, check, cash).
• Identifies stock products and recommends alternatives.
• Oversees service commitments and escalated customer issues with follow-up.
• Maintains records and documentation for transactions and procurement.
• Provides guidance on pricing strategies within frameworks.
• Mentor associates on best practices and processes.
