Qualifikationen

• Minimum of five (5) years of successful experience in a sales leadership role or similar capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 35% as needed.

Aufgaben

• Manage key customer accounts via phone, email, and online platforms to address inquiries and support purchasing.
• Lead, supervise, and support a team of Inside Sales Representatives.
• Provide coaching, training, and ongoing guidance to team members to optimize performance and achieve sales objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies utilizing 80/20 red and green rules to improve customer service quality, satisfaction, and retention.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products, services, pricing to support customers and drive sales growth.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales and customer service activities align with business objectives.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex customer issues, resolving concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused team environment that encourages open communication and continuous improvement.
• Stay informed of industry trends, competitive activity, and best practices in sales management.
