Job summary

Marmon Industrial Energy & Infrastructure in the United States is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to develop and maintain deep knowledge of Marmon IEI's value proposition and offerings. You will identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive sustainable growth while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include building relationships, executing strategic sales plans, reporting on performance, and collaborating with Marketing, Product Development, Customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of sales experience with a demonstrated track record in a technical sales environment.
• Experience utilizing CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry influencers, and stakeholders to drive business growth and strengthen the company's market presence.
• Support the development and execution of strategic sales plans designed to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
• Monitor and report on market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, Customer Service, and Operations, to align efforts and maximize sales opportunities.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, customer activity, and key business metrics to the Regional Sales Director.
• Stay informed on industry developments, emerging technologies, and market best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
