Job summary

Precision Castparts is seeking an Inside Account Manager to serve as the primary day-to-day contact for designated customer accounts, coordinating requests, quotations, orders, and project activities.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Planning, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate communication and timely fulfillment from inquiry to product delivery. Prior aerospace experience is strongly preferred and a customer-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years in account management, customer service, inside sales, or order management in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing or related sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary day-to-day contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinate customer requests, quotations, order management, and project activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Planning, Quality, Supply Chain, Shipping, and Accounting to fulfill requirements.
