Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking an Inside Account Manager to act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned customer accounts, coordinating requests, quotations, order management, and project activities from inquiry to delivery.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Planning, Quality, Supply Chain, Shipping, and Accounting to fulfill customer requirements, maintain relationships, and drive improvements in service and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in account management, customer service, inside sales, customer success, sales support, or order management in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Previous aerospace industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely communication and service.
• Coordinate quotes, orders, and project activities across Sales, Operations, Planning, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Support production scheduling, inventory planning, and documentation for customer requirements.
• Monitor KPIs like on-time delivery, quote turnaround, and customer satisfaction; drive continuous improvements.
