Verizon is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Inside Sales focusing on Public Sector customers. You will manage and expand relationships in assigned government accounts primarily through phone and virtual interactions, presenting wireless, mobility, cloud, and security solutions to meet client needs.

Required are strong account management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with experience selling complex Verizon solutions and using CRM tools to track KPIs and pipeline.

Qualifications

• Account management of government accounts and growth opportunities
• Customer relationship building with C-suite decision makers
• Contract negotiation to close deals
• Solution selling across cloud, security, and IoT
• CRM usage for activity tracking and KPI reporting
• Lead generation within existing accounts via consultative selling
