Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Inside Sales focused on Public Sector and Government customers. You will manage existing government accounts, engage decision-makers, and close deals through phone and virtual interactions while meeting sales targets.

You will work in a mobile role, primarily at customer sites with occasional training visits to Verizon locations. A strong background in account management, negotiations, and solution selling is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Three or more years of relevant experience are required.
• Experience selling to Public Sector customers is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of government accounts within a designated territory primarily via phone and virtual interactions.
• Understand client needs and proactively present Verizon's wireless, mobility, cloud, and security solutions to close deals.
• Maintain customer loyalty and satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
