A Place for Mom is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Consultant to guide families through their decision-making process. This fully remote role requires strong consultative selling and consistent follow-up to manage a pipeline of families.

Successful candidates will have 5+ years of inside sales experience, a proven sales record, and exceptional communication skills. The position offers a base salary of $51,500 with potential earnings of $86,500 including bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a quota-driven sales role, preferably inside or phone-based sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing and converting warm lead pipelines.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask (phone + CRM documentation simultaneously).
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work remotely with a high level of focus and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of families who require guidance toward a move-in decision.
• Execute high-volume outreach across phone, text, and email to re-engage families.
• Drive outcomes by moving families from tour to decision.
• Maintain accurate documentation in CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
