Job summary

Progressive is seeking a claims specialist to help resolve large-loss injury claims valued over $60k. You will investigate complex claims, consult with police, medical professionals, claimants and others, and use gathered information to assess coverage, liability and total claim value.

The role is hybrid, with in-office presence about four days per month for meetings and coaching, and the option to work in-office more often if preferred.

Qualifications

• Six years of relevant work experience with three years in claims handling or
• Three years in claims handling and a bachelor’s degree or
• Five years of relevant work experience with three years in claims handling and an associate degree

Responsibilities

• Investigate large-loss injury claims valued over $60k.
• Consult with police, medical professionals, claimants and others involved in the accident.
• Determine coverage, liability and total value of the claim.
• Collaborate with team during meetings, training and collaboration sessions.
