Progressive Insurance is seeking a Senior Claims Specialist to lead complex injury claim investigations and oversee coverage, liability, and settlement calculations. You will collaborate with police, medical professionals, claimants, and attorneys to resolve high-risk files efficiently.

The role is hybrid, with in-office collaboration about four days per month, plus ongoing coaching from a supportive team. You may work more in-office if you prefer an enhanced office presence.

Formación

• Five years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling or a bachelor’s degree
• Two years in claims handling and a bachelor’s degree or two years in claims handling with an associate degree
• Experience handling Auto Litigation claims is preferred

Responsabilidades

• Investigate complex and high-risk claims, including attorney-represented cases and litigation features
• Consult with police officers, medical professionals, claimants and others involved in the accident
• Determine coverage, liability and the total value of the claim while supporting timely resolutions
