Progressive is seeking a senior claims specialist to investigate and resolve injury claims, including complex and high-risk cases. You will assess coverage, liability, and the total value of claims while coordinating with police, medical professionals, claimants, and attorneys as needed.

The role is hybrid, with four days per month in-office collaboration and optional more frequent in-office work. Location covers multiple Texas offices in Austin, Dallas, Houston and more.

Qualifications

• Must-have qualifications: Five years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling OR two years in claims handling and a bachelor’s degree OR four years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling and an associate degree
