ENGEL North America is seeking a Service Technician to install and service injection molding equipment at customer sites, provide training, and support. This field role requires traveling to customer locations and collaborating with the service team.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (associates/bachelors preferred), 5+ years in injection molding troubleshooting, strong electrical/mechanical skills, and must hold a valid passport and REAL-ID driver’s license.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in Injection Molding troubleshooting or related field.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical/electronic, hydraulic, mechanical systems.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoots and repairs injection molding machines and robots.
• Performs safety checks on equipment.
• Educates customers on equipment operation.
• Orders replacement parts and facilitates repairs.
• Instructs others on maintenance and safe operations.
• Communicates with service teams to resolve issues.
• Provides written reports to Service Manager.
