Job summary

ENGEL Machinery North America seeks a Service Technician to install and service injection molding equipment at customer sites, providing hands-on training and support as needed.

The role requires 5+ years in field service or troubleshooting, a High School Diploma, and travel to customer sites. Competitive benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k with match, PTO, and life/disability insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in Injection Molding troubleshooting or field service experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs injection molding machines and robots, including tests and inspections of all components.
• Educates customers on equipment operation.
• Orders and installs replacement parts as necessary.
• Instructs other service technicians and customer operators on maintenance and safe operations.
• Communicates with Central Service/Manufacturing/Parts Center to resolve field issues.
• Provides written reports to the Service Manager.
