Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Construction and 10–12+ years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 9 years’ field supervision on direct hire work.
• Extensive experience in civil construction of large projects.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction engineering practices for all disciplines.
• Advanced understanding of production management and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with discipline Superintendents, General Foreman to determine equipment needs.
• Schedule and supervise in-process activities and review work.
• Prepare equipment maintenance schedules and material requisitions.
• Supervise/subordinate personnel and craft in equipment support activities.
• Develop work plans, forecasts, and manpower forecasts.
• Ensure operations adhere to engineering designs, specs, standards and budget.
• Coordinate field activities with other disciplines and ensure ES&H compliance.
