Job summary

Luster National is seeking a Senior Scheduler in Los Angeles to manage schedules for a portfolio of large, complex infrastructure programs, including highways, bridges, transit, and airports.

You will develop CPM baseline schedules, maintain them through design to closeout, and report to leadership with a defensible program view of progress and milestones. This on-site role focuses on multi-project portfolio management and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years scheduling on public capital or construction projects.
• 5+ years planning and scheduling public works from design through closeout.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain CPM baseline schedules.
• Experience building an integrated master program schedule across multiple projects.
• Experience reviewing contractor schedules and updates for compliance.
• Ability to prepare time impact analyses and delay claims.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop CPM baseline schedules for rebuild capital projects and maintain updates.
• Create and sustain integrated master program schedule across multiple projects.
• Review contractor baseline schedules, updates, and recovery schedules for compliance.
• Incorporate external schedule drivers (community meetings, funding constraints) into schedules.
• Prepare time impact analyses and delay claims with schedule evidence.
• Perform resource loading, cost loading, and support earned value reporting.
• Produce schedule narratives, look-ahead schedules, and executive summaries.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, engineers, and partners to mitigate risks.
