Job summary

Luster National, Inc. is seeking experienced Schedulers to manage CPM schedules for major heavy civil infrastructure programs in the United States.

The role emphasizes master scheduling, progress tracking, and schedule risk assessment across highways, bridges, transit, and water projects. We value deep expertise with Primavera P6, MS Project, and related tools, plus strong communication to coordinate with field teams and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or related engineering.
• 5+ years of scheduling experience on large heavy-civil projects.
• Experience with CPM baseline schedule development.
• Monthly schedule updates and variance analysis.
• Ability to interpret drawings and translate into schedules.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, TILOS, MS Project, and risk tools.
• Strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an integrated CPM schedule spanning design through turnover with linked activities and cost loading.
• Collect field progress data, update status weekly or monthly, and produce look-aheads and forecasts.
• Run critical path and what-if analyses to test sequencing options and recovery plans.
• Integrate external interfaces, permitting, relocations, and long-lead items into the plan.
• Generate narrative reports, Gantt charts, dashboards for stakeholders.
• Perform schedule-risk assessments and mitigation tracking, using Monte Carlo or similar.
• Support change orders and Time Impact Analyses linking delays to cost/entitlement.
• Mentor junior schedulers to raise planning maturity.
