Job summary

Blue Stone Management Group is seeking an experienced Scheduler III to support a major disaster recovery and rebuilding initiative in Los Angeles County. You will develop and manage CPM schedules, integrate master programs across multiple public capital projects, and drive schedule performance through analysis, recovery planning, and collaboration with project teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project scheduling experience on public capital improvement or construction projects.
• 5+ years planning and scheduling public sector construction projects from design through closeout.
• Educational background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience developing CPM baseline schedules and integrated master schedules.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, project controls, and delay mitigation.
• Experience reviewing contractor schedules and preparing time impact analyses.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project schedules from design through construction and closeout.
• Create CPM baseline schedules and manage regular updates to monitor progress.
• Build and maintain an integrated master program schedule across multiple concurrent projects.
• Perform resource loading, cost loading, and earned value analysis to support reporting.
• Identify critical milestones, scheduling conflicts, and potential delays affecting delivery.
• Review contractor baseline schedules, monthly updates, and recovery schedules for contractual compliance.
• Develop look-ahead schedules, milestone reports, and executive progress summaries.
