Job summary

Luster National, Inc. in Fresno, CA seeks Schedulers of various skill levels to support large, complex heavy civil programs (highways, bridges, transit, airports, water). You’ll review schedules, maintain the master schedule, and quantify the cost of slipped dates before funds move.

Depth in CPM scheduling, program‑level master schedules, and time impact is desired. We hire across scheduling and analytics; candidates from junior to senior levels will be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years scheduling experience on large, heavy‑civil projects.
• Experience with CPM baseline development and variance analysis.
• Experience in monthly schedule updates and narrative explanations.
• Ability to translate scope into logic‑driven, sequenced schedules.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and risk analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an integrated CPM schedule from design through turnover.
• Collect field data, update status, and produce look‑aheads and EV forecasts.
• Run critical path and what‑if analyses for sequencing options.
• Integrate external dependencies and long‑lead items into plans.
• Create narrative reports, Gantt charts, and KPI dashboards.
• Perform schedule‑risk assessments and track mitigations.
• Support change orders with Time Impact Analyses.
• Enforce schedule governance and mentor junior schedulers.
