Job summary

Luster National seeks a Senior Scheduler to lead CPM scheduling for large public infrastructure programs in California. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and reporting on schedules for an $800M portfolio from design through closeout.

This on-site role in Los Angeles requires advanced Primavera P6 and MS Project skills, integrated master schedules, and coordination with designers, contractors, and agencies.

A strong track record on public works and earned value support is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years of project scheduling experience on public capital or construction projects.
• 5+ years planning and scheduling public works projects from design through construction and closeout.
• Proven ability to develop CPM baseline schedules and maintain them through updates.
• Experience building and maintaining an integrated master program schedule across multiple concurrent projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop CPM baseline schedules for rebuild capital projects and maintain through design to closeout.
• Build and maintain an integrated master program schedule across multiple projects.
• Review contractor baseline schedules, monthly updates, and recovery schedules for contract compliance.
• Incorporate outside schedule drivers into project and program schedules.
• Prepare and evaluate time impact analyses and delay claims with schedule evidence.
• Perform resource loading and cost loading; support earned value reporting.
• Produce schedule narratives, look-ahead schedules, milestone reports, and executive summaries.
• Present schedule status to management and coordinate with project teams.
