Luster seeks a Senior Scheduler to support large heavy civil programs in the United States, including highways, bridges, transit, airports, and water projects. You’ll review schedules, test the plan and recovery story, and quantify delays for time and money, using forensic methods to support negotiations and audits.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil, construction, structural, transportation, systems, or related) required.
• 10+ years scheduling experience on large, complex heavy‑civil projects.
• Experience with CPM baseline scheduling, resource/cost loading, progress updates, variance analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain the integrated program master schedule across design, procurement, and construction contracts.
• Review baselines, submittals, updates for logic, durations, calendars, float, loading; advise on acceptance or rejection.
• Verify progress against field records and data; challenge unsupported gains before payments or milestones.
• Run CP and what‑if analyses to test sequencing, recovery, and acceleration.
• Evaluate time extensions and Time Impact Analyses; issue determinations on entitlement and float ownership.
• Conduct forensic schedule analyses using as‑planned vs as‑built methods; document findings for negotiations.
• Perform schedule risk assessments with Monte Carlo simulations; track mitigations to closure.
• Integrate third‑party interfaces and long‑lead procurement to keep critical path visible.
• Generate narratives, lookaheads, S-curves, and KPI dashboards for leadership and oversight bodies.
• Enforce schedule governance and mentor junior schedulers.
