Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for the Infrastructure team. You will build and expand partnerships with PSPs, fintechs, and banks to launch stablecoin payment products on Coinbase's platform.

Qualifications

• Extensive background in sales/partnerships with PSPs, fintechs, banks, or crypto companies.
• Proven track record in originating and closing multi-stakeholder deals.
• Ability to translate complex crypto concepts for executive buyers.
• Strong negotiation and deal-structure skills across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Originate and grow partnerships with PSPs, fintechs, and banks by identifying high-potential prospects and crafting tailored engagement plans.
• Manage the full deal lifecycle from diligence to negotiation, closing, and post-launch growth while achieving revenue targets.
• Lead conversations with senior and executive stakeholders, articulating Coinbase's infrastructure value proposition.
• Collaborate with Product, Account Management, Solutions Architecture, Legal, and Sales to ensure smooth onboarding and integration.
• Advocate for partner needs to shape Coinbase's infrastructure roadmap and share market insights.
